Bhutan’s Natural Botanical Marvel Rhododendrons

Spring time in Bhutan from April to as far as June the hue of the forests in Bhutan are a marvel to see. Rhododendron trees and bushes are a splendour of white, violet, pink and crimson blooms. About 46 species and 10 subspecies of rhododendrons grow wild all along Bhutan at the temperate and subalpine belt and most of them blossom during the months of April, May and June and some species push as far as early August.
